Rake shims for WING FOIL – 3D printed
– Pack of 3 shims: 0.5°/1.0°/1.5°.
2-shim pack: 0.8° / 1.5°
1 shim of your choice: 1.0° / 1.5°
1 shim with custom angle (max 2.0°) / To be specified by email when ordering
IMPORTANT:
“+” shims increase your rake: you will be more “nose up”, meaning the board’s nose will ride higher while foiling.
– The “-” shims reduce the rake: you’ll be more “nose down” when sailing.
– For symmetrical plates, the shims are reversible, so there is no difference between “-” and “+” shims.

– The rake shim has a certain thickness (7mm for 1.5° shims), so remember to check the size of your original screws (long enough?). The item “4 M8X40 screws” or “4 M6x40 screws” in the store may be useful.
– Position the smooth side of the shim on the hull side – printing marks on the other side may leave marks.

– Temperature limit for use: 60°C / Beware of storage in vehicles in direct sunlight.
