Rake shims for WING FOIL – 3D printed
– Pack of 3 shims: 0.5°/1.0°/1.5°.
– Pack of 2 shims: 0.8°/1.5°.
– 1 shim of your choice: 1.0°/1.5°.
– 1 shim with customized angle (max 2.0°) / Please specify by e-mail when ordering
IMPORTANT:
“+” shims increase the rake angle: your board will ride more nose-up, with the nose sitting higher while riding.
– “–” shims decrease your rake: you’ll be more “nose down,” with the front riding lower on the water.
The rake shim has a certain thickness (7 mm for the 1.5° shims), so remember to check the length of your original screws to make sure they are long enough. The “4 M8x35 screws” or “4 M6x35 screws” items available in the shop may be useful.
– Position the smooth side of the shim on the hull side – printing marks on the other side may leave marks.
