Rake shims for WING FOIL – 3D printed.
– Pack of 3 shims : 0.5°/1.0°/1.5°
– Pack of 2 shims : 0.8°/1.5°
– 1 shim of your choice: 1.0°/1.5°
– 1 custom-angle shim (max 2.0°) / To be specified by email when ordering
IMPORTANT :
– “+” shims increase your rake: you’ll be more “nose up,” with the front riding higher on the water.
– “–” shims decrease your rake: you’ll be more “nose down,” with the front riding lower on the water.
– Rake shims have a certain thickness (7mm for 1.5° shims), so make sure your original screws are long enough — the “4x M8X40” or “4x M6X40” screws from the shop might be helpful.
– Place the smooth side of the shim against the board — the printing marks on the other side could leave marks.
